2. What data we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
Business listing data: business name, domain, location, phone, email
Audit data: scan results and scores for submitted domains
Usage data: page visits, login timestamps (no third-party analytics)

3. Why we collect it

To provide the AI Readiness auditing and certification service (contract)
To send transactional emails — audit results, certification notices, expiry reminders (legitimate interest)
To maintain platform security and prevent abuse (legitimate interest)

4. Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)

Processing is based on: (a) performance of a contract when you register an account; (b) legitimate interests for platform security and transactional communications; (c) consent where explicitly requested.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after deletion. Audit score history is retained for 24 months. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Data is processed by:

Our hosting provider (Contabo, EU servers) — server infrastructure
Stripe — payment processing (plan upgrades only)
Transactional email provider — audit result notifications

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).

8. Cookies
